Refund policy

These Football Times will refund all tracked orders that do not reach their destination, pending confirmation from Royal Mail that they will not land.

All orders placed on untracked shipping cannot be traced and a refund won't be authorised unless the package is returned, undamaged, to These Football Times. In such circumstances, the customer is eligible to have it re-sent.

For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing tracked mailing for all your orders.
